Seems to be a Rousseau temperament. I have decided to accept his arcane nature, as I never get to play with others, anyway, and tune him as he was meant to be. Along with the Bassot (died 1808) signature and a brother hg in the hands of the French ministry of culture, this tuning confirms the age for me. Googling tells me Rousseau was extant to about 1810. I don't care that my Bassot has divisions in his C-bouts, so does the one below.
