I didn't know the Buddha played HG...that's pretty cool!  
(no, I'm not being serious)
 
On a more serious note regarding the HG recordings page, one approach might 
 be to stuff the names (and links) of legitimate and respected players into 
 there. I did a bit of that a couple of years ago when I inserted 
references to  Patrick Bouffard and Gilles Chabenat. And as for Sting and Polar 
Express, I  think it's worth adding annotations to those (in parentheses) to 
clarify the  inaccuracies (as in "although Sting appeared to be playing a 
melody 
line, he was  actually just turning the crank" and "the animated Tom Hanks 
character was shown  playing in a way that is physically impossible; the 
left hand fingers the keys  from above in real life").

Yes, that was me. Go read the discussion page about that. I'm  afraid I 
offended the poor sot a bit in taking in out, but that was so crazy I  just 
couldn't let it stand.
