For those of you unfamiliar with Mr. Bitaud, he is a hurdy gurdy instructor at 
ENM of Bourges and was Gregory Jolivet's first instructor (per Gregory's 
MySpace page). Although he has a long and storied CV, I find that his book 
speaks for itself.
