 try your local Social Work dept. I work as a carer in Scotland and we have ( a 
very few ) Respite Centres specifically for Carers or the Cared for. Costs are 
usually met by Social Work. Get a good rest, the work you are doing is very 
tiring and stressful. JON

 If I should ever get round to publishing a book of tunes what would
be the best format?  

   I’m
kept busy with caring duties but after a long wait I’ve just been given a
short respite break! I am looking for somewhere quiet where I can eat and sleep
for a few days at fairly low cost. U K of course, but not too far north. 
Suggestions
would be welcome.
