As for videos and books, try to get a hold at least of the following:

- Neil Brook's maintenance DVD and the instruction DVD suited to your
tuning (or both!)
- Doreen Muskett's method
- Philippe Destrem & Volker Heidemann's book about maintenance

other further suggestions would be Ina Lemm's instructional video, but I
don't have it to say how good it is.
