I wouldn't say that the buzzing bridge system is better, myself. It really 
depends on the kind of music you're going to play. The Hungarian system works 
really well for syncopated twos, but for threes and even fours it doesn't work 
so well. The technique is totally different for the two: the Hungarian dog uses 
the wrist to control it while the French-style uses the fingers. I prefer 
playing the Hungarian style myself, but it won't work for everything.
