Hello all,

I am an almost graduated American student and am interested in purchasing
some sort of student model would probably be best, a simple 5 stringed
gurdy. I have a budget of under 2000 USD (1500 EUR).

I am sending an email out to you all wondering if there would be a good
maker you would recommend for a (comparably) inexpensive instrument? Or if
any of you have an entry level type instrument lying around that is looking
for a home and someone to play it.

I am looking for one that produces good sound as one of the uses for it
that I plan is playing music for the courtly dance group I am involved in
out at my local Renaissance Festival.

Thanks and have a wonderful day,

--Andrew Orrison
