continually enforced absence.
P.S. As has been requested we are planning to print a 4^th edition
of our Method, which has proved so useful to players around the world.
This will contain the new appendix, ‘Before you Begin’ and the
supplement on the coup-de poignet. Other entries may be considered. MM
