I would be very interested in meeting you. I'm not sure how to set
something up, considering the somewhat large distance. I am unable to drive
due to my epilepsy, but I do know that my brother-in-law sometimes goes
down in that direction for his job (he is hired from various elementary
schools around DFW to teach a fun lesson) and his lessons are around 90
minutes long, so maybe the next time he goes down in that direction, you
could give me a 90 minute lesson on the hurdy gurdy? It would be on a
weekday during school hours. Or, if you're ever coming all the way up in
this direction, and had time to teach me a bit about it (I'd appreciate at
least 45 minutes), maybe a parent of mine could drive me to a close place
for us to meet at.
