Hello everybody! Dave, sad to hear that your computer crashed. I will provide a pdf version later. My initial thought was that it is interactive: In presentation mode you can e.g. click on a mode name in the overview slide of the circle of fiths and the hyperlink brings yo to the scale you chose. Clickin on the circle icon brings you back to the overview, click on the litte gurdy brings you to the start.
