Greetings Red Hat Partners, We are pleased to announce the general availability (GA) of updated Red Hat Certification 5.6 and associated test suite package updates (listed below). This Red Hat Certification package update *is* an official release and should be used for all new Red Hat certification submissions. Successful results from the previous certification test suite will be accepted for a period of 90 days.

The release notes for the Red Hat Certification package are now contained within the package. A link to the release notes is provided on the configuration page in the WUI. 2. The configuration page also shows the installed version of rhcert. 3. Restarting a system under test (SUT) from the configuration page will delete the current test results on the SUT. A confirmation prompt has been added to alert the user of this. 4. Fixed a bug where an incorrect Certification ID could be displayed when a certification was created. 5. Fixed a bug preventing the neutron tag ($rhcert-cli run --tag neutron) from working with rhcert-ci and rhcert-cli. 6. The Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) certification test reports now capture and display any SKIPPED test messages from tempest. 7. The results from the manila_* and tempest_config tests are now displayed with subtests to improve legibility. 8. Fixed a bug where URL input fields for RHOSP certifications were incorrectly labeled as text fields. 9. Fixed a bug where URL input fields for RHOSP certifications were incorrectly set as text fields. 10. Fixed an issue preventing the use of leveraging of certification results from system certifications.. BZ 1525665 11. From the rhcert WUI, a partner can now create a passthrough certification for a different vendor. BZ 1525223 12. In the hardware certification package, the kdump test now supports RHEL7.4 for POWER9. 13. In the hardware certification package, an issue is resolved where fv images stored on the LTS were not being found at run time due to an update in httpd config. 14. A login failure when rhcert 5.5 LTS is configured to use a proxy has been fixed. BZ 1525233, BZ 1524444 15. Fixed issue while generating OSP test report.
