Thanks. Your machine is very similar to mine, running a similar Debian, with 4.14 too. And my local build still doesn't crash. Maybe a different compiler causing the bug to appear more often on yours (Debian's 7.2.0-16 here). Let's forget about it if it's fixed now :)
