CC32 is the LSB of the patch bank select MIDI command.  When you select a
bank, many products send CC0 <MSB> CC32 <LSB> to select from one of 16,384
banks.  Some products however only use CC0 and some products only use CC32
to switch banks (thus limiting them to 128 banks).
