Isn't it 256 phrases per *user style* ?
A "pattern" is the same as a "section",right?
Also,to answer one other question from the original post:
A phrase has a voice associated with it.You have the option of
specifying a different voice that will be used for that track in all the
sections.
I've only had the thing a couple days,so if I'm wrong,feel free to
correct me ;-}
