hey gang, I finally got to play with one (yes, I made the trek) and I must admit I am a bit impressed and disappointed in how this machine operates. what I loved should be obvious, what I hated would be: #1) pattern switch mode (re)starts selected pattern at the beginning of its first bar. This can cause some nasty continuity glitches.. I had been under the impression it would switch to a similar position in the selected section's relative bar (or the last bar if the section didn't hold quite as many measures as the current). what I'm suggesting would make this machine much MUCH cooler... IMHO, anybody degree? #2) I didn't check this, just suspect it (and a answer to this question is what this post is hunting for).. I tried to change the pattern switch mode to be quantized 1 bar (tighter quantizations would be nice as well). At the time I couldn't remember where this function was located, and hunting turned by nothing. I later discovered it was hidden in the Utility menu.. please correct me if I am wrong, but this menu can not be accessed while a pattern is playing, right? SoOooOo.. I can't change this setting in the middle of a gig (or track) without stopping.. right? Can this be changed via midi (while the pattern is running)?? o0o[qiB.]o0o
