Hey Mike, thanx for the info... very helpful..
>I'm not sure exactly what you mean,
Let me rephrase it, but I'm sure i can't do it anymore..
I originally didn't know that the pattern switcher and muter was
the same device (white keys).. Because of this, the "default
store mode" for pattern changing (changing at the 16th note)
will never get used by me, even though it seems very fun..
This is primarily due to the fact I can not (for example) switch
the pattern and hit a few mutes at the same time (on the first
count of the new bar).. I can only do this with the pattern quantize
set to "1".. (hit the next pattern in the middle of the current and the
switch to mute mode before, or as, it changes).
unless the black key "mutes" stay mute switches in all modes (they don't do
anything in the "section" mode, do they?)...
but when I want to bring in crash
>with all the drums together,
>I switch to a different section, unmute the tracks that I want to start
>together (using a mute memory), then switch into the section I want
>(quantized to 1 bar). I don't think you can change the quantize option
>during play.
I don't get what you are talking about.. could you re explain
(I got lot at "when I want to bring in crash...")
