Seriously, with those two things the rm1x would be the sickest dj tool
ever. I just got home from seeing ritchie hawtin do his dex fx + 909 thing,
and the live 909 is impressive, but a rm1x with no-stop recording would
just SMOKE it. 
I've been working on getting my rm1x into my sets but it feels somewhat
limiting. Still fun as hell though.
