Hello! I recently bought this eeepc, since linux had great Nvidia drivers, I was assuming from the start that Optimus would be the same... not. I don't even mind that much that optimus doesn't work, but at least, at the very least, that there was a way to shut the Nvidia GPU down, it kills the battery big time! Is there anyone who had sucess with this?
