You need specific prerequisites. Like working MIDI input (optimally one
that sends some traffic like Active Sense messages) and -X seq JACK mode.

The problem is related to the way SVN implements tags (in fact, it
doesn't implement them at all - it just allows using branches to
"emulate" tags, but doesn't prevent you from committing to a tag).

In some other version control systems (git is a good example), a tag
applies to a certain revision only, so you can't accidentally commit to
a tag.
