Well, we have a lot of translations outstanding. Is it considered OK to
provide a French translation that is mostly English.

There's also Hollunder's "file open" bug. So far, I can only make it
happen in Debug mode, but I'd like to understand what's happening before
just dismissing it as a "debug mode-only bug."

QtXml:
What you're doing looks good! I can't wait to test it out.

Transport Redesign:
  1. IMHO, we should not add any audio-engine
features until we have a stable transport.
  2. The current transport_redesign branch is a
very ambitious, and fully broken branch. :-)
It won't be ready any time soon. This is
actually shaping up to be an audio engine
     redesign.
  3. However, as of yesterday I'm contemplating
how to implement a less-ambitious transport,
and I think it could be done.

JackMIDI:
This branch is in good shape, last I checked.
MIDI Record is broken, but that will be easier to
fix with a sane transport. :-)

samplefun:
I think everyone knows there's some nice stuff over
there. :-)

Peace,
Gabriel
