sounds good.

yes, imo this will produce more user feedback. because many people use only the
packages from hers distributions. so they have never seen and use the new 0.9.4
h2 version.

imo, we can merge the sample fun stuff into trunk :-D.
why?
1. all new sample fun features don't alter existing features. so you can use h2
without any changes. all people which use h2 only as a drum machine don't
notice the new features. other people which less interested on natural drumming
can produce a lot of nice sounds here (experimental and electronic music
friends).
2. all files (songs, patterns, drumkits, playlists) are backwards compatible.
and can used crossover. s_f -> trunk, trunk -> s_f.
3. the enhanced note_off implementation and the release rotary controlled auto
stop note feature enhanced the natural drum feeling and reduce dsp load .
4. the new song_record and destructive record mode allows much better and
easier live play pattern creation than the trunk version.
5. the sample editor allows to optimise samples for each song. existing
instruments and soundlibraries won't modified because the editor works non
destructive. all changes on samples will saved into the individual song file.
6. new note_keys allows to play melodic instruments. good for experimental
electronic and industrial sounds. or just nice to produce quick a small bass
lick and rhythm to jam with your guitar or what ever.

what ever, a big :-D.... and thank you to all people which work and spend much
time into the h2 project.
h2 really rocks...
