after my patch 0.9.4 displays the values correct. also values from old 0.9.3 
pitch rotary witch < -x,5 and > x,5 will display correct. and of course 
resample correct if the samplerate is not wrong!

0.9.4 allows only to edit +/- 50 cent (quarter step).
after thinking a bit of the range of fine pitch, maybe it wold be great if we 
allow +/- 100 cent. now its possible to tune an mostly used full half step.
