Thanks Eduardo for your thoughts on how to be more explicit in describing desired behavior.
Xavier, we do ho to great lengths in Hyperbole to build upon rather than simply replacing built-in Emacs libraries and packages. Org mode is one of these. In a few cases, we allow for but do not require usage of some important external libraries like consult. So the answer depends on what you want to do.
