That's right, ! does not make the warning go away. I felt it should help
but I've seen a couple of HT_ASSERT(!"constant"); being complained about
as well. FWIW There was no assert(!"constant") complaint though.

Ok, I'll be keeping an eye on Intel issues from now on but I expect very little
of them to come up if any.

This is the next thing to do in a couple of minutes. I just finished recompiling
boost 1.38 with icc. I can confirm that Hypertable has no problems when
compiling with boost 1.38.

I have not performed any runtime tests yet. I will report back to the
list in a while.
