I'm closing in on the completion of the European languages; I'm missing
only a few at this point. If anyone knows where I might find information,
please send them along:

Luxembourgish should be one of the easiest -- they actually standardized
the orthography in the 70s, but I can't find anyplace which lists it.
Vietnamese should also be easy, but I haven't managed to find any solid
information.
I'm still missing most of the African languages; any help here would be
greatly appreciated.
Out of 139 ISO 639-1 languages, I have 95 covered, I've also managed to
collect 13 of the languages only in ISO 639-2.
