I put the file on :

http://mapage.noos.fr/nmailhot/fr-latin9

(interested people can also consult

to get a bit of background)

Right now I'm only interested in the fr-latin9 merge myself, but there
are other layouts in the tgz (+ my own ru-fr mod) that may be of value.

The layout is monolithic, you just have to drop it in to use it (doesn't
even have to be decleared as azerty in XFree86 rules)

Do your people think I can ask Guylhem to release it under a compatible
licence and submit it to [EMAIL PROTECTED] ?

Regards,
