There may be an XIM for Vietnamese that works this way, but I'm not aware of
one. BTW, for gtk2 applications, you may try 'VIQR' gtk input module.
Hmm.. I've just tried it under gnome-terminal and it appears to use
a different input method than the one you described above.


Another BTW, it should be easy to write a key mapping table for Yudit
that implements the scheme above (it's likely that yudit already has it)
