You've probably come across subliminal messages and you may have heard about some of the things they claim to be able to do. Subliminal messages aren't "heard" at the conscious level of your mind. Instead, they slip past your normal hearing and go straight into your subconscious mind. Ideally, you should also look for a list of the messages that will be played in the background. Then it's just a matter of playing the track you've just downloaded. For best effect, you should play the track regularly - after all, you didn't pick up that extra weight or those unwanted habits instantly, so it will likely take a few plays to start getting results.
