There is new research into cellulite, pointing out that you can get rid of cellulite with weight loss. Now you might of already known that but its not just losing weight but how you lose weight. What Is Cellulite? Cellulite is a lumpy looking substance that looks like cottage cheese that is found on the butt, thighs and abdominals of a person. Cellulite actually pushes against connective tissue beneath a person's skin. This causes the surface of the skin to dimple and look lumpy. Who Gets Cellulite? Let me answer that question. It is because they are young and naturally fit. Now as an adult your chances of getting cellulite are high because 1) Your not so young. 2) Your not so fit or you don't do much exercise. So does it not make sense to make exercise or fitness training a life long endeavor? If you do you will lose weight or will always be slim and cellulite will not be one of your problems.
