I have heard people asking questions in forums and online about how to drop ten pounds in a week. To be honest it is not possible nor is it healthy if it was possible. If someone asked me or any other weight loss proffessional how to drop ten pounds in four weeks that would be more than realistic. Today you are going to learn how to drop ten pounds in four weeks. Here is how: Get eight hours sleep every night. I cannot stress enough the importance of shut eye sleep. It is during this period that the highest amount of fat is burnt. All chemical processes take place during sleep.Also tissue repair takes place during this window. Exercise first thing in the morning. Immediately you wake up drink a cup of coffee and wait thirty minutes.Then do an exercise of your choice for half an hour. I would recommened body weight exercises three times a week i.e monday, wednesday and friday. Then cardiovascular exercises three times a week i.e tuesday, thursday and saturday. all exercises should be for thirty minutes or less. Exercise on an empty stomach. When you do this, to drop ten pounds in a month would be easy. Why? Because in the morning your glycogen levels(carbs) are low from the night rest so your body has no choice but to use fat stores to fuel the exercise activity. Eat breakfast always. Never skip breakfast. Even more so when you are exercising first thing in the morning.
