I have heard people asking questions in forums and online about how to drop ten 
pounds in a week. To be honest it is not possible nor is it healthy if it was 
possible. If someone asked me or any other weight loss proffessional how to 
drop ten pounds in four weeks that would be more than realistic.

Today you are going to learn how to drop ten pounds in four weeks. 
Here is how:

Get eight hours sleep every night.

I cannot stress enough the importance of shut eye sleep. It is during this 
period that the highest  amount of fat is burnt. All chemical processes take 
place during sleep.Also tissue repair takes place during this window.

Exercise first thing in the morning.

Immediately you wake up drink a cup of coffee and wait thirty minutes.Then do 
an exercise of your choice for half an hour. I would recommened body weight 
exercises three times a week i.e monday, wednesday and friday. Then 
cardiovascular exercises three times a week i.e tuesday, thursday and saturday. 
all exercises should be for thirty minutes or less.

Exercise on an empty stomach.

When you do this, to drop ten pounds in a month would be easy. Why? Because in 
the morning your glycogen levels(carbs) are low from the night rest so your 
body has no choice but to use fat stores to fuel the exercise activity.

Eat breakfast always.

Never skip breakfast. Even more so when you are exercising first thing in the 
morning. A nutritious breakfast will set you up for the day by switching on 
your fat burners and stimulating your metabolism. Also your muscles are 
starving for protein and complex carbs after an intense workout so breakfast is 
essential.

Use a good diet pill.

Now some people have more weight to lose than others so if you are a bit 
overweight and your goal is to drop ten pounds in 4 weeks i suggest you use a 
diet pill. It has minimal side effects.

Drink loads of water.

Throughout the day especially when you have become more active due to 
exercising you need to be well hydrated throughout the day. This will ensure 
that your cells are burning fat at optimum levels.

Abstain from alcohol.

At least for the period of one month stay away from any type of alcohol.This is 
because alcohol slows down the fat buring process and adds extra calories to 
your diet.

Remain active during the rest of the day.

Its no good working out in the morning then being sedentary for the rest of the 
day. Walk to the corner shop instead of taking the car. If you work at the 
computer a lot stand up every hour and walk round the room, stretch etc.

With these few tips it will be very realistic to drop ten pounds in 4 weeks
