There are broadly two categories of online businesses, affiliates or your own products. All others are subcategories of these two. It is important to choose which you intend to apply. You must be resolute in your decision and stick with it, untill you achieve your aid. Coming to this demands conscious efforts in applying what you believe in the face of staggering opposition. Life is full of choices, and guess what, if you do not make a choice, one will be made for you. It is called the 'Default mode'. It is that state where you do not actively make a choice neither do you refuse one. It happens to everyone, but those who have become successful in their rights made choices. The default mode is the mode where you just go on blindly through your life without a goal, without a meaning and without anything to look forward to. You will hear people say I wish I could do more with my life, but I just can't, this is 'Default' thinking. This isn't the thinking of the person who is going to be successful. This is the loser mentality that will stop you from becoming successful in your life. Have you known people in your life who have had all the potential in the world, but did not do a thing with it? You know what I'm talking about, those people who could truly inspire the whole world with their talents, but instead they end up working at a gas station all their life. This is the kind of person who lives 'In Default' mode. They take whatever life hands them at face value. They don't question anything. If it is said to them, it is the gospel. There is no wandering around looking for anything new or exciting with these people. They do what they do and that's all they every do. Does this sound like a boring way to live your life? If it does, you need to consider your options. You can live in default mode, or your can live a dynamic and fulfilling life full of adventure and success. The choice is completely up to you. Each person is given a certain limitation that they must learn to adapt to in their life. Some people are hard of hearing or maybe they have a speech impediment or something. Nearly everyone in the world has one issue or another. Do you notice that people are not all walking around with little stickers that identify what their given disadvantage is? You do not see this because a lot of people learn how to cope with these disadvantages. I have heard of people getting up out of wheelchairs and learning how to walk again after doctors told them they could never walk again in their life. I have heard and read stories of people who were dead broke, living in a parent's house or friend's house and turning their misfortune into millions of dollars of passive income in a short period of time. I have heard of these things, and you probably have too. There is another mode of thinking besides the Default mode. You always have a Choice. You can choose whether or not to believe a doctor when he gives you bad news. You can choose whether or not to believe that you will ever rise above your personal disadvantage. If you believe that your disadvantage limits your life in one way or another, it will. However, if you make the choice to change it from a disadvantage to a unique characteristic that sets you apart from everyone else. You become a dynamic and successful person. Now the question is, how does this apply to you and your online business? Remember when I said there were successful internet money makers who made their fortunes while they were staying with a family member or something? These people made the choice to accept nothing but success. These people took the tools and skills they had and they turned them into a successful internet based business. They made the choice to be successful. They made the choice to make a change in their life and make money online. Now you're at the point where you're wondering: Okay, that is fine for them, but how can I learn something from this or apply it to my life? I'm glad you asked. I want to share something with you. If you can picture yourself holding a $20 bills in your hand, you can change your entire life. Can you picture yourself holding a $20 bills? Great! Now picture two $20 bills. Do you have a clear picture? If it is getting too hard for you, I want you to just focus on the one note again. Can you picture yourself holding real money in your hands? How did you get this $20 note that you're picturing? Ask yourself how you got this, did your brain answer you: You went to work and someone paid you a paycheck and when you cashed it, you got a $20 note. If this was the response your brain gave you, then you know you've somehow been trained to think you can make money only from a job. Your brain has been programmed and is running in Default mode. Now you know how to identify it. Let us make a change. I'll go back to your mental picture of you holding a $20 note. I use a twenty because everyone has held a $20 note in their hands at least once. They know what it feels like to hold one. They know how it feels and they know they can easily have a $20 note in their hands with just a little bit of work. What if I told you the biggest secret to your success was just realizing that you can make the choice to have as many of those $20 bills as you want. That's all there is to it. Let me put it this way; if you knew you wanted to make a million dollars. How would you break it down? How long would you want to take for you to make your first million? Could you wait two years before you became a millionaire? Let us be honest here; Could you wait that long? I know you want it right now, but could you honestly work on getting there if you knew it would only take you two years? I bet the work would be really easy if you knew at the end of two years you would have a million dollars in the bank. Am I right? Of course I am. If you knew that you wanted to have a million dollars in two years, you would have a time frame. If you knew that in order to make that money in that amount of time, you would have to make a certain amount each month, week, day and hour, you could figure out how much you need to earn each and every hour you work to get there. You would have a blueprint for your success. By applying this line of thought you are already saying I'm not just going to sit down and take whatever life throws at me, I am going to plan my life. This planning is what your blueprint ultimately is. A lot of the online successes and millionaires from online businesses all came to this point and took off from here. I'm one of them.
