One of my favorite songs is by a band called the Red Hot Chili Peppers, titled
"Give it Away." It's kind of a funky, hop-hop sounding song, I'm not even sure
if that is the right musical category for it. My favorite line is "Never been a
better time, than right now!" You can do a search on YouTube if you'd like to
watch the video, it's pretty entertaining. Although the line I quoted above
seems to be, at first, an overused idea, especially by a pop band, it has deep
metaphysical significance.

If you can imagine your history, the things that happened in your past, you
will likely remember them distorted from how they actually happened. Many
experiments have been done on human memory, and time and time again researchers
prove just how unreliable human memory is. When the police arrest somebody,
they would much rather have evidence linking them to the crime than merely an
eyewitness for this very reason. It's a generally accepted fact that memory is
distorted at best, and even completely false in some cases.

What happens when you imagine the flip side, the future? Do you know the
future, perhaps? You know the day tomorrow will be the day after today. You
know you will likely go through the same routine you went through today, you
know which people you will likely bump into. But do you know any specific
details? Of course not. Las Vegas would have gone out of business years ago if
that were possible. So the future, is at best, a guess.

With a murky past, and an unknown future, what is left? Right now. It is always
right now. It is never tomorrow, it is never yesterday, it is never even twenty
minutes from now. It is always, and only now. Which may seem scary at first,
but when you realize that you will ALWAYS have ALL of your resources with you
at all times, your life can become a treasure chest of opportunity. When you
release feelings of guilt, or frustrations about the past, and release all
anxiety and fears regarding the future, all you are left with is the bliss of
the present moment.

If you don't feel bliss in the present moment, it's only because there is still
something you're holding on to. Take your time with this so you'll fully
realize the powerful benefit you can naturally achieve with this.

Take a few moments today, when you have the opportunity, and just focus on the
present moment. The now. Release all fear and anxiety and see what happens.

The sooner you realize that now is the only time you'll ever have, the quicker
you'll understand the secrets to all the success you've ever dreamed of.

Taking the first step is sometimes the hardest for some. Because you can
imagine what it will be like when you become successful, you can take advantage
of this opportunity. You'll find out just how easy that is when you visit
