Counted 34 Broad-winged Hawks mid-mornng on Sunday just west of Cedar Rapids.
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker Friday evening down by the Roller Dam on South side of the Cedar River. Others pointed out a Common Nighthawk sitting on a limb at Wickiup Hill on Saturday, which provided an opportuntiy for bird photography at the proper pace for me.
