Hi All,

 

Having a fresh background from the state of Maine, I was excited to hear news 
of Maine's first (potential) Thayer's Gull today.

 

I've attached a link to Derek Lovitch's blog (the finder of the bird) where he 
has attached photos.

I figure some of us Midwestern folks could perhaps provide some opinions one 
way or the other on Derek's bird, as we certainly have more Thayer's Gull 
experience here, and I will relay any comments to him.
