visited Cone Marsh this morning & found very little.
There were hunters in the NW section & a few birds scattered around the edges
& with fog & low clouds, visibility was not the best.
did have 11 species of waterfowl, no Snows or Swans & W.F. Geese showed up
about noon in several waves & into the NW section (hunters had left). heard but
did not see S.H. Cranes. At house west of intersection V & 220 th st were 
several
E. Tree Sparrows & a N. Mockingbird .

stopped by Coralville Lake area on way home & had G.H. Owl neer Swan Lake &
a meadowlark sp along greencastle as I left.
