Birders, Happy Earth Day! I spent a couple midday hours exploring a couple places just outside of Jefferson (Greene Co). I found about 40 spp including both towhees calling and singing near 7 Hills park, southwest of Jefferson. I can't believe how leafed out the trees are already! Brush up on your warbler songs because seeing them will be more difficult than usual! Bird on... matt
