Greetings, I dropped by the Fisherman's Corner campground just above Lock and Dam 14 on the Illinois side around 12:30 p.m. today. A Ruddy Turnstone in bright breeding plumage was seen politely posing on a snag/ log about 60 yards out (as viewed from the outdoor presentation area).
