Keith's photos are now at http://iowabirds.org/rarebirds/. Too bad this isn't a BBA block since it is Iowa's first nesting record for a species that has really expanded its range in the past several years. No matter what, it's a cool record. Thanks Keith!
Ann Johnson Norwalk From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Keith Dyche Sent: Friday, June 11, 2010 9:17 PM To: IA-BIRD Subject: [ia-bird] White-Winged Dove Chicks I found a White-Winged Dove nest in Shenandoah this week and so now Iowa is home to two White-Winged Dove chicks. The homeowner where the nest is located would like to give the chicks their space at this point. I sent some photos to Ann Johnson, so she may post them. The Neotropic Cormorant is still present at Rapp Park. Anyone who would like information about where to locate him, give me a call.
