Birders,

This evening (10/17) Jacob Newton and I ran over to Rock Creek State Park
to see the Red Phalarope.  At dusk it was still feeding on the N side of
the bridge between the two entrances on F27.  A pair of Sandhill Cranes
and a free-flying Mute Swan were also present.
