Thursday I saw a Shrike species on electrical wires at Spruce and H-14 in
Montgomery County. When I turned around in the car and went back to get a
better look it was gone.

I have had up to 7 Red Winged Blackbirds at our back yard feeder.

An Eastern Goldfinch routinely picks safflower seeds one at a time out of one
feeder and drops it to the ground. I have a big pile of safflower seeds on the
ground.

Strange but true.
