Today while driving Amana Road I spotted a N. Mockingbird along the
fence line between addresses 1808 and 1892. Other birds at that spot
included a dozen Eurasian Tree Sparrows and Eastern Bluebirds plus a
White-crowned Sparrow.

At the Blain Cemetery Rd. intersection a Rufous-morph Red-tailed Hawk
was stationed atop a tree.

In the area south of the Eastern Iowa Airport were three flocks of
Snow Buntings, not an uncommon sight this winter.
