Hi all,
First of all, there was no sign of any Eskimo Curlews today, however, I have a theory that when the snow begins to melt they are harder to find.   This is undoubtably due to their winter dress.  The browns of their fur-lined sealskin parkas blend in too well with the bare earth and the grasses.

Mute Swan 1  One of the people fishing told me that saw it fly in last night.  It appears to have been around for several weeks but disappears for periods of time.
Killdeer 1
Golden-crowned Kinglet 1
Hooded Merganser 1

Polk Co
Northern Saw-whet Owl was an easy view today.

God Bless,
