On March 4 there were and probably still are many Bald Eagles at Big Marsh North of Parkersburg. I saw 6 JUST from the SE corner on a very hazy afternoon. There were a few more around other parts of the marsh as well as 2 separate N Harriers.
Around SE Waterloo there have usually been 6 or more at each of the lakes on the S side of highway 20 from xroads to the Blackhawk's lake. Sun had 6 in a tree visible from the highway upstream on the Cedar and today they were in a different tree downstream.
