If you get this coming up on your computer, do not allow it to do anything. It is a Trojan virus. Run a scan with your virus software and it should find it and delete it from your computer. The virus apparently does not do too much other than try to get you to purchase it. Do not purchase as this will give your credit card to someone bad.
I used McAfee to get rid of the virus. I am not sure where it came from.
