Birders,

My two year old son, Crew and I made a quick trip over to look for the CINNAMON 
TEAL. To finish off the teal slam, we found it on the north side of 240th, as 
previously reported. It was directly north of the metal water retention 
structure when we left it at 7pm. 

From the boat ramp I saw something a bit unusual to my eyes - a tight raft of 
15 EARED GREBE - the most I have seen together. 

In about an hour of birding, we had 37 spp, including 15 waterfowl, 
GREAT-TAILED GRACKLE, and YELLOW-HEADED BLACKBIRD.
