Thanks to Ann Johnson for making her place available to see the Black Headed Grosbeak today. My son and I were able to get great views of it at her feeders. We then on the way back north decided to swing by Ames and saw the beautiful singing blue winged warbler previously reported by Cory Gregory. Thanks Cory! This is a perfect example of one way this list is valuable. Reports posted by other birders brought me 2 life birds in one afternoon. Thanks everyone for all the reports. Keep 'em coming!
