Before the winds, but after the rain, I went to the park. Birds were
everywhere.  Sixteen species warblers including both Waterthrushes;
Gray-cheeked, Swainson's, Wood Thrushes;  Yellow-bellied, Least Flycatcher
and I thought I heard a Pewee; Grosbeaks and Buntings, Catbirds,
White-throated Sparrows, Wrens and a single Red-headed Woodpecker, besides
the locals; all in a frenzy to eat and move before the next storm or the
high winds came along...........
