Until the light showers turned to heavy showers and I left, I found warblers
making their way north through the park this a.m. There were fourteen
species including Blackburnian, one Palm, 3 Blackpoll, Wilson's, two
Mourning, and three Canada. Swainson's Thrushes, four vireo species, Alder,
Least and Great Crested Flycatchers, a Green Heron, soaked Barred Owl ,
Catbirds, and one White-throated Sparrow made for a fun but wet time.
