Hey everyone,

I subscribe to several listserves in the central US and it is now almost
mid-may and I have yet to see very many shorebird reports.

So far, I've seen reports of Least and Pectoral Sandpipers, both Dowitchers,
Dunlin, Spotted and Solitary Sandpipers. Only a few select reports of
semipalm plovers and only one report of Semipalm Sandpiper. No reports have
had any kind of numbers, always one here, a couple there and a few more
there.

So my question is, is anyone seeing any shorebirds?

Here in WI, shorebird numbers and diversity have been terrible. Practically
nothing compared to what we're used to seeing. Have they simply flown over?
or are they just not here yet?
