This afternoon I checked Sandy Beach (Coralville Lake) and scoped
a CATTLE EGRET resting with the Ring-billed Gulls at Scales Pointe.
Then I returned to Cedar Rapids and stopped at Cedar Lake. Two
Snow Geese landed on the lake and joined the Canada Geese there.
It was another sign of the changing seasons.
